Frameworks are agreements to provide goods, works or services on pre-agreed specified terms and conditions including price.  Framework Agreement is a general term for agreements with suppliers that set out the general terms and conditions under which specific purchases (call-offs) can be made throughout the term of the agreement or can be used as the bases for a secondary competition for a specific requirement to conclude a formal contract.
