In the case of the simplified procedure, the tender documents consist of two parts:
| 1. | Scope and Terms of the tender procedure: This Part provides information which is similar (although considerably less detailed) with that of the Terms of Reference and of the Instructions to Economic Operators of the open procedure. |
| 2. | Agreement: Replaces (although it has considerably fewer articles) the Agreement and Special Conditions of Contract and the General Conditions of Contract documents of the open procedure. |
