In cases of delays in the delivery of the supplied products or the execution of works or the submission of deliverables or the completion of the works project, by liability of the Contractor, penalties are imposed by the Contracting Authority pursuant to what is provisioned in the respective article of the Special Conditions of the contract each time.
In the paragraphs below there is a description of the recommended method of calculating the penalties for delay in the cases of supply, service or work contracts.
