7.5.7 Risk Management

Risk Management ( or Risk Monitoring and Control) is the process of keeping track of the risks identified during the Initiation and Planning Phases, monitoring residual risks and identifying new risks, ensuring the execution of Risk Plans (preventive and contingency actions) and evaluating their effectiveness in reducing risk.

The steps that should be undertaken to manage risks are the following:
